5. V susedstve nájdete obchody, knižnicu, niekoľko budov pre vaše zamestnanie ( škola, nemocnica, továrňa ...), les, park, reštaurácia, pláž, ihrisko atď.
6. Mesto je kompletne uprevitelné počas hry, môžete si nadstaviť podľa seba všetko.
7. Všetko sa v hre deje kvôli niečomu. Ak niekto prejde cez cestu, je to súčasťou dynamického deja, není to náhodná činnosť,všetko má svoj dôvod.
8. Prechody dňa a noci v meste ... Keď slnko zachádza a vychádza, menia sa tiene a nastáva tma.

4. Vlasy sa delia do štyoch druhov úprav. Môžete meniť farbu korienkou, základné farby, končeky a odlesky.Vytvorené vlasy si môžete uložiť ako vlastné.
5. U mena každého simíka si môžete nadstaviť aj priezvisko.
